Ballasts are in the front bumper. I don't think it or the its wires are near the antenna wire. I reused the stock fog wiring in my Tribute and it's doing the same thing. There is a buzz coming from the ballasts but I thought that was normal for HIDs.

I can confirm that it only happens when I use the radio. It doesn't affect the Cd-Rom. It seems like the HID fogs are either interfering with the power to the radio or antenna. I'm not too familiar with electronics but is there power to the antenna? Could it be interference or could it be...

Thanks. Forgot to ask, did you still use those conical washers? They seem to get suck into the grommet when you tighten it.
