clutch has a 12k mile warranty on it. Its a wear item so there really isn't much of a warranty, but its up to the dealer whether they want to warranty it after 12k or not

yes, mazda has about 10 different locks that they use, each car randomly has a different one.

make sure you are getting all the air out, you may not be, bleed the brakes again do it in this order RR,LR,RF,LF. Also make sure you are closing all the bleeders tight, and check for fluid leaks at the calipers and the lines that you replaced.

you may have a leaking caliper, check for leaks, and as others said get a new cable.

You can still have a pulsation in the pedal if its the front brakes... but a great way to tell if its the front or rear brakes is to drive and pull the e-brake up holding in the button(do not release it or the brakes will lock up). And if you feel a pulsation its the rear brakes, if no...

just do your own oil changes if your that worried about it. They are easy enough to do.
