The cars are well secured because the compliance in thier suspension acts as a pendulum and is VERY bad for the ships stability. I cannot believe the tranny fluid comment because they are sealed however possibly oil through the cap and dipstick...and gas!

I used ozium citrus in one of my old cars FWIW. Worked pretty well. Used it every night until the smell was gone.
