Lol :). Something custom made would be nice. Something like the Jeep all weather sub. Exept we dont need it to all weather. Just a good grill to protect it.

No, it was a different sound then the sound the direct injectors, It got fixed "read my earlier post. My sound was a vibrating sound and I could feel it in the brake pedal.

Pic of the outside firewall where the hoses come into the cabin, I saw some foam padding around a/c lines, but I can't compare or remember if that was there before. Can you take a pic of your 17 Cx5 so we can compare. Im assuming thats the foam that was added around a/c line behind the bracket.

Thanks. Yeah I went hitch mounted. But I did read the manual in your link. Great point. The door has sensors on either side, I can see how those bike mount that hang off the rear door can cause damage. They usually have straps that tie near the sensors.

**Update** I ended returning the Mazda OEM hitch 0000-8E-R06. The picture on mazdausa.com shows the hitch right under bumper in two different pictures but it wrong, OEM requires a cut on the bumper. The cut is much bigger than 2016.5, it was like a 5 inch cut vertical and 8 inch horizontal...
