Look I have a pzev car, just got done looking at it. There are 2 o2 sensors on the manifold\header. (the standard 3 just has these 2) PZEV models have one more after the 2nd cat.

Far as I know all pzevs have 2 in the manifold\header and one after the 2nd cat.

The holes that I drilled were on the black rail pieces. The rack actually mounts to nuts that are welded to the roof.

My passanger side sat lower when I put coilovers on, both set at the same height before putting them on. Also I could lower the passanger more than the driver. Ive got an 06 pzev btw

Installed my BC coilovers last night. Still need to get them set so everything is completely even and figure out where I should set the shocks.

You would have better luck cutting the muffler\resonator\tip out and having a shop weld them into place with new pipe. The wheels should fit, I believe they are 18x7 52mm offset. Im not sure exactly what size stock rubber is and what you would be able to fit in the wheel well.

Only way you are going to break the o2 sensor is if the thing is rusted\fused into the bung. If thats the case, the shop will also have the same issue. Disconnect the wires to the o2 on stock mani, and pull the stock one out with the o2 sensors still attached. Much easier to get them off with...

When I had mine I put it on so it was bolt-washer-flange-gasket-flange-spring-washer-nut I didnt have any issues with leaking. Just wondering if thats how you had it or not. No cats, thunder header, and vibrant exhaust was rediculously loud.
