2015 CX-5 owner here, 2.5 FWD. At 93,000KM and 3.5 years of ownership I started noticing a whining sound that increased volume with speed. Sounded almost like a dentist drill at low rpm. Took it in to the dealer and was informed they will put in a new transmission under warranty.

Spring Cleaning 1st handwash after the winter season revealed a gazillion specks of rusting rail and brake dust in the clearcoat. It took over 3 hours claying with Riccardo (yellow) and Optimum No Rinse as lube to get rid of it. My back is killing me, I'm putting Iron-X on my shopping list...

Hi - I live in Toronto I have a 2.5L FWD CX5. Fitted with Bridgestone WS80 winter tires, I have yet to lose traction on ice/snow. Although AWD would definitely be nice to have, I don't miss it, as my FWD performs great and feels really planted. I decided to go for FWD because of the 2K price...

225-65-17 Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 on RTX Zen alloys. I was going to go with steel wheels but Simply Tire gave me a good deal on the upgrade and install. Pricing in Canada is generally higher than US.

Just had winter tires + rims installed Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 on RTX Zen alloys (225-65-17)

Texture is soft and somewhat rubbery. They're very light, but feel like they will last, looks well made. They blend in very well with the interior, front and back. Will post a picture of the back as well, stay tuned.

Just installed Maxpider mats, they fit great.
