I just went through the exact same thing this morning. I put a 17mm wrench on the black part(tie rod end/ ball joint) and some vice grips on the gold nut. and twisted as hard as i could in opposite directions until they came loose. Busted my knuckles though when it broke loose so be careful...

Are you brake pads completely worn out? Cause that happened when my pads were nothing but metal plates.

A lil difference seems to be bumpier in the back. The progress springs are actually off the car right now. The car actually handles much better without them. The progress 22mm bar is amazing though and with the new strut tower bar it seems like it will be a bit better....havent really gotten...
