Pulling the door panels off, can't seem to get the harnesses undone. (unamused) Am I missing something, or am I just completely incapable of unplugging things?

Got a project in mind, anyone know a/the trick to getting those little white clips holding the spoiler on, off? Unless just pull the spoiler straight up is supposed to get them off, in which case I'm a pansy and too scared to break anything.
