Yeap i did damage an engine because of knocking and the temp gauge will go up very fast.

If the shop did that and replacing the coil solve the problem then don't worry, a bad coil will cause misfire and a misfire can make an engine to overheat, pre-detonation or knocking.

You could have a fuel regulator problem.

It finally fit but had to made some strength to make EGR bung bolt to the header, just don't get those Ebay headers those will not fit correct trust me, get the OBX on Ebay.

I tried that and there is no way i can attached the bung to the tube, again it is an obx header fron an authorized OBX Dealer listed on the obx site and is just about 1/4 inch i need help

Has any one had trouble fiitting the OBX Header to you P5?, i'm having problems at the EGR pipe, the header egr little bolt at the tube will not reach the egr pipe of the engine, some help please.
