Ok, the last coat of paint is drying on my valve cover, but I'm torn between what I want to do with the letters. Should I leave them painted (gloss black) or sand and polish them?

Here's what mine looks like. I just left the letters sanded, didn't bother polishing. I might try that if it would look better.

Ok here are some pictures of the engine bay over the last couple of days. I started with the vave cover then moved on to the strut bar, then the CAI. I painted a few little pieces in the bay like the engine lift point thing.

What paint did you use on the valve cover? I want to paint mine black as well. I thought about having it powdercoated, but that would cost more. What process and paint did you use for the valve cover? It looks great.
