I'm been wanting to do something to my CX-5 for quite a while now. I had thought about a complete wrap but the price was almost $4k. Then I thought about stripes or graphics. Most of what I found looked cartoonish and not what I wanted, but then saw these...

On mine they didn't have to take the spoiler off so it wasn't the black inserts on the sides. I was told that to access the loose nuts they just had to remove the long horizontal piece at the top of the interior of the hatch.

It literally sounded like I had an old dot matrix printer going off in the cargo area!

Here is an .mp3 file of the noise. Ignore the white/road noise and you will clearly hear the high pitched rattling and squeeking that was being caused by the loose spoiler. It's been a few days now and I haven't heard a peep!

Yes, very similar to that post and I did see that post, however, I noticed that my entire spoiler was loose and moving not just the inserts. It could be that upon removal and reinstallation either problem is solved.

Well it's good to know that it's not just me! I've never had a 4 door car before so I've never experienced this before. I don't have a sunroof. I guess I'll learn to just roll the front windows down instead.

I've got 3800 miles on it so far and I purchased on July 17th....so I'm averaging about 92 miles a day. Not good :-( That's going to put me at almost 34k miles in one year!
