What did you do to your Mazda2 today?

Finally installed a subwoofer. The touring model has awesome sound and the bass is better than cars that cost twice as much but I wanted a bit more. Got a kicker hideaway powered sub and installed it under the passenger seat. So much thump from a little box.

What did you do to your Mazda2 today?

Finally got some bfg rival S for the 2. Got it installed and damn these things are grippy. Tested them out in the rain going around a light post. Had an autox event the next day and wow, the difference between the bfg sport comp 2 and the rivals are huge, no more understeer. I tried getting as...

    STF Suggestions

I got the bilstein pss b14 and they are really nice and not jerky at all on street driving, but they are soft when you are racing in autox or at the track. Sure you can get stiffer springs but without shock adjustability, its moot. Since you live in the northeast, I would go with coilovers...

Review: Carbotech AX6 front brake pads

sparks from hard breaking is a nice touch lol When I go out riding with my friends on our motorcycles we sometime also emit sparks from the pads from braking hard. Everybody hates dust and noise, from the picture, if that is at 200 miles it looks about the same, maybe even better than the HP+...

    brake pad/shoe reviews

So, I have been using the Hawk 5.0 pads for just about a year already and it is pretty much the best all around pads I have ever had. I had hawks hps and hp+ for 10 years in my rx7s and they dust and squeal. The hawk 5.0 pads does dust a little bit but its not to where after a track event the...

    Rear wiper spray

I just time the dribble so that when the wiper comes back up it swipes the dribble. I do it about 3-4 times.

    2012 mazda 2 Jacking points

I actually use a 6 inch long 2x4 wood and put it on the thick frame towards the middle of the car that runs up and down the car, parallel to the pinch welds. Place the jacking point as close towards the engine as you can. The 2x4 spreads the load across the wood so its not stressing the metal...

Dash Cam Installation -- How is everyone hiding their cables and wires?

I just let mines hang off from the camera itself. I do need to try and conceal it, wires hanging down is just messy.
