I had taken the memory card out and put it back in when it started having the issues...but it doesn't seem to have fixed it. However, I haven't tried taking it out, putting it in my PC, and loading up the Tom Tom app to see if it will find any updates. I am just worried it is hardware related.

No, there was a system update as I well. I had it update everything it found when it searched for updates. Like snadboy, unless I did something wrong during the update, maybe there is just a setting that I hit by accident but I sure can't find anything in any of the menus.

I also have a more basic question...what type of traffic information does the NB1 support? Is this something I have to pay for? Maybe I missed something when I did the firmware update for the map.

Can anyone verify whether they have been able to turn off their legal disclaimer (the one you have to click "I Agree") on the navigation service?

I looked all over for this setting in my car and I don't believe it exists. I think I read elsewhere on this forum (and other forums) that you cannot turn this disclaimer off. Can anyone else verify?
