Fan control module. 20.00 at the dealership. my 02 MPV had the fans on at all times, up and down in speed, off once in awhile. I was pulling a code for it so decided to replace the module, stopped the issue, fans come on when they need to now.

In the past I have used that foil covered bubble wrap at home depot and spray glue. Much thicker than Matt's alternative, a bit of a b**** to put door panels back on, but when I did a 1972 Ford 4x4 on every panel and floor, it was as quiet as a brand new car after that.

So that everyone knows, A MILLENIA "ZE" IS A KLDE WITH ZE HEADS AND A BETTER IM. THEY ARE NOT 200HP! THEY ARE RATED AT 170HP AND 160FT LBS AT THE CRANK! A stock 2.5L engine (KLDE) has 164hp at the crank and 160ft lbs at the crank so a Millenia swap will gain you only 6hp over a good stock...

Looks good Matt, just get some super bright bulbs for the tails, so they can be seen clearly during the day, and you can always put a brighter bulb in the 3rd brake light, all for safety, that way during the day you wont have problems with people behind you. If I did this to the P5, it would be...
