I would assume cast means pouring molten aluminum into a mold to create the endtank. Essentially it would look like the stock endtanks, although likely larger.

Had the tuner with me when I picked the car up but it wouldn't load as I needed an update even though I had updated the tuner the day I got it. Brought it in to work today, updated it and then loaded the tune on the car. I removed 0-60 restriction and picked the K&N intake. Haven't had a chance...

Get a factory tip on other side to keep the stock look. There's certainly enough takeoff MS3 exhausts systems available.
