hey man if thats all the hp you wont you dont need that big of a turbo. i would use a t46. it will make more power then 200 if you wont and it will be at full boost at 3600 to 4100 rpm that where you need to be.
Its not hard to do. unbolt the hub take it to a "good shop" 100 bucks and 2 hours for the sunday drive and your back in business. P.S. good luck.
