I've had my car a little over a year and the 3 reflashes have helped some "quirks" but not all of them. The reflashes have smoothed out the accellration in 1st & 2nd gear though. I knew from the day I traded in my '06 RX-8 (<engine issues) for the '06 MS6 that I was buying a limited edition...

I'm not a mechanic but the head tech at my dealership said that the axle seal on the passenger side is leaking like yours and they are replacing the axle housing as well as replacing the inner shaft of the axle (stub axle?) so it sounds like a major PITA. I'm sure there's folks who can do that...
