Having this issue also. Mazda connect stopped importing my iPhone 7 contacts. Unpaired, deleted, and re-paired multiple times no luck. I have a ‘17 CX-5 purchased in July. Is it possible my software is out of date? Do I need to take it in to dealer to update if so?

Does your dealer charge you additional for OEM oil?

They're probably quoting you tax based on LA county tax rate. I see you're from Irvine. If vehicle is registered in OC, you're looking at a couple hundred dollars less in tax, but $2893 for TTL is about right for LA given the price they quoted for the car.
