My fuel economy has been around 39 MPG since day one. I do approx 23k per year, 90% of which is on the motorway and I don't drive like a loon by any stretch of the imagination. I think the Mazda stated MPG figures are hopeful at best.

Well, I got away with it. 360 later the car is back and wording fine; no mention of this affecting my warranty either. PHEW! I'm sure I wouldn't be idiot enough to do it again but I was the first time around so have also invested in one of these https://www.solodiesel.co.uk/

That's what I'm afraid of mate, the long wait before I find out is not good for the soul, especially as they don't have a courtesy car either!

My BLuetooth and USB have just died for the second time in a year (car is 9 months old). Mazda dealer did a hard reset (?) last time and all worked again, guessing they will do the same again this time but I will ask for a new Bluetooth module. BTW, I had the SD card changed a few months ago so...

I'm pretty sure you need a DAB adapter of some kind to plug into the phone too. I've tried one or two of these with my iPhone 4 and the signal quality is pants, especially when driving around! Mazda just need to build it into their cars like everyone else.

No, I wanted the high driving position and versitility offered by the CX5 so I think I got the right car, I just don't think Mazda were particularly honest with MPG figures.
