Had ours since June 2016, and its been almost perfect. The iPad display replaced early on, but thats it. Still drives like new. Leather is still perfect. If I somehow wrecked it, a new CX9 would replace it. Its not the largest inside, compared to my brothers Explorer, but its just so much more...

I looked again here in Canada, nothing. The dealer had the blade refills, $8 EA CDN. Took all of 2 minutes to install, so I'm happy.

I was under the impression this service took the caliber off, disassembled the slider/clips and regreased the clips...prevents seizing in corrosive environments. Other Mazdas I have had used this process.

Are you able to post a TSB reference? My 2016 had the screen replaced early on, due to failure. Since then, I have had a few times where it goes dead (audio still works). Restarting the car fixes it, for now.

The suspension noise sounds like a rubber bushing is failing on one of the strut/springs/sway bar. Not normal, and should be fixed under warranty. Putting the car up on a drive-on lift, and bouncing it should identify the noise easily. Those brakes are noisy! Do you ever brake hard, from a high...

My CX-9 replaced a RWD Dodge Magnum, so it was much better in snow for me! I have Michelin X-Ice tires. One of the biggest improvements for me was ground clearance...my old Magnum could get jammed with snow underneath, and it was tough to keep the momentum needed for deep snow. Other than that...

Agreed...it was the 1st gen 3. But perceptions are what they are, and a large group of people will not touch a Mazda again. Just like my dad, who still complains about his 80s Fords. People have long, often irrational, memories.
