I also find I need to add nearly 5.5 quarts to reach the full mark on the dipstick of my 2015 Mazda 6. I let it sit overnight before I check the stick to make sure I get a good reading. I use Mazda original replacement filter with Mobil 0-20. Seems to burn about half quart of oil over 5,000...

Today I did my first oil change on my 2015 Skyactiv M6. I found I needed a full 5qts ( Castrol 0w-20 ) and the dip stick still shows it is still a bit south of the full mark. The specs indicate just 4.8 qts to fill. Has anyone else experienced this?

Any recommendations on 0w-20 oil used with the Skyactiv engines. The manual recommends Castrol or the Mazda brand with molly. I thought I would use the Castrol since it is easier to source and cheaper then going through the dealership. Any known benefits of the Mazda molly?
