I'm from Canada, and wheels here seem to be 20-30% more expensive than the online stores in the US.
I think I have narrowed my wheels down to 18" 5Zigen Sports Engine SC3000's in hyper black. I would like to bundle tires as well - and think I would like the Toyo T1R's or the Falken 452's.
I will be taking a cruise leaving from New York in December, and will be away for 10 days with my wife. This would allow me a tax exemption of $700 per person, as we will be out of the country for more than 7 days consecutively.
I'll be crossing at Niagara Falls / Buffalo, and driving to the port in New York. I was thinking that I could pick up some wheels on the way home and import them back into Canada.
Where can I get the best prices on wheel/tire combos in the State of New York?
I don't mind paying in advance, so that I can guarantee that they will be ready when I drive back.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
