Help!!!

So today, I just got my oil change. I was then told I need some things (RECOMMENDATION) to be fix.
1. Transmission Pan Slighty Leak
2. Side Motor Mount
3. Timing Belt
-Can someone give me a brief description on these 3 recommendations? Yeah, I know it needs to be fixed BUT can someone tell me WHAT part and WHERE can I find the parts for a descent price?

That's what parts you need how many miles do you have and can you do the work yourself? Timing belt will run 900+ if you have a shop do it

I have 80695miles on the car. I probably need some extra hands to help me out. Any brands that you prefer for a transmission pan gasket, side motor mount and a timing belt?

Timing belt doesn't need to be done until 100k I did mine at 155k

And if no engine mounts have ever been changed - have them ALL replaced.

About the timing belt, should I get it done AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before something bad happens? Also, what kind of engine mounts do you guys recommend?

No it doesn't need to even checked for 20,000 miles it should be fine. You can get whatever mounts you want look on rock auto they have good deals
