The consensus seems to be Centric rotors are good aftermarket alternatives. They offer a good plain rotor, then a premium e-coated rust proofed rotor, then an extended life rotor for fleet vehicles, etc, then they get into performance rotors, slotted, drilled, slotted and drilled, etc. I got the premium e-coated rotors, have not even put 100 miles on them yet. As far as pads, there are too many possibilities to list. I went with Centric Posi-quiet ceramic pads, but there are alot of pads out there. Like Lindyrect said, search on here and you will find a plethera of information.
