Any issues with 8" wide 19" wheel?

Likely a dumb question. Any issues at all with the below wheel for my 2019 Cx5 Sig as a replacement for the stock wheels? Will i notice anything negative with a 1 inch wider wheel?

No fitment issues whatsoever. The 40 offset will set your wheels at a more "flush" looking position (although not really flush).

More contact patch if you have a wider tire so more grip but technically (negligible) less mpg..

I have 35mm offset, with 9.25" wide wheels(20" dia.) and dropped 3.25" lower. No issues.
Mine sticks out 5mm even more, that the 40mm would. I have a bit of a tuck, with narrower tires.
