So Big Updates.. (I got back late last night and have not had the time to clean everything up)

Spent from 4 Pm till 11 Pm with the welder.

He was able to accomplish the following..
Weld AN16 Fitting on the In and Out port for the Radiator (Replaces bad Hose)
Weld the Fan Shroud to the front of the Radiator (No Room in stock location Because of GT30)
Weld AN16 In and Out on Mezire Electric Coolant Pump
Weld a Bracket to mount the pump
Create a Blanking Plate for the OEM Water Pump.

Preparing for my Microtech LT10s install and tune by copying some reference data from my current Haltech F10a maps for corrections and injection times before I pull it all out

Can't wait soo excited...sequential injection so there should be no more 10.5-11afr idle with the 730cc injectors and seldom random stalling. Lots of street tuning ahead the next few days on very low boost for as little as possible then crank it back up

yeah right now have my boosted ls integra coming out of the shop hopefully 400+ but still want to boost my daily p5, cant never have enough boost and down in sa would be one of the few boosted p5s

Swapped two of the leftover leds from the CS kit for the wife's car over into mine. Now to source a couple of extra to finish the job.

i drove by a sleeping bum in front of our courthouse, and layed down on the horn, watched him jump im sure he s#*t him self. other than that trying adjust my belt keeps sqeuling since i replaced water pump and upgrade the pullies, and ideas? tighted ounce sheard a bolt now dont want to make to tight,just want to be done with that mod so i can move on to next one, (replace suspension, motor mounts, then more dress up)

A friend with an MSP always had a squeeling with his PS pump. I gave him mine (with 136k miles on it ) and the squeeling went away. Might be time for a new (or used) pump if the belts are tight enough.

I threw a p0401. cleaned the egr myself in 45 min for free. I dont understand why anyone would ever use a dealer.
