Ok I work for Discount Tire Co and sell a variety of tires to my customers. I am gonna be getting some new tires once I get new wheels. Now I know a good deal about the tires I sell, I just want feedback from Mazda3 owners on these tires, because tires always behave differently on different cars.
That being said, these are the tires I am considering, in no particular order:
Kumho ASX, Yokohama AVS ES100, BFG G-Force Sport, Continental Extreme Contact, Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S, Falken ST115, Dunlop Sport 9000, Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3, Michelin Pilot Sport and Michelin Pilot Sport A/S.
Here is what I want to know:
1. How many miles you have on your tires.
2. Dry traction
3. Wet/Snow traction
4. How are they wearing?
5. Road noise, what kind of noise are you getting in the cabin?
6. Would you buy the same tire again?
Please only respond to this if you actually own the tires in my list. Those are the only ones I am considering at this point.
My personal front-runners are the BFG followed by the ASX and then maybe to Yokos.
