Anyone try Michelin Pilot Sport tires?

Any more comments or experience with the Pilot sport 4 A/S? Have to make decision soon.

If you're intent on the UHP AS category of tire on a daily driven CX-5, go with the Continental DWS06 Plus instead. 95% of the handling but better ride and noise profile.

Edit: just remembered that they don't make them in 225/55/19.

Snorting…what would you suggest? Think I currently drive Michelin Defenders.

I've driven those on another car. They are fair. I personally like Yokohama.

Id try to score a good used set of tires somewhere on marketplace or your local classifieds. You'll save a lot of money.

If you are looking for new only, there's no number of good tires out there to look into. I'm honestly not up to date with the newest stuff. They are mostly similar.

Made the splurge and bought the Pilot Sport A/S. It didn’t turn my CX-5 into a Corvette but curves are smoother at higher speeds. They are also very quiet. Don’t know where the bad Tirerack noise reviews come from.
