No clue... Shoot an email to the Duratec guys, I am sure they will explain their kit in more detail. Let me know if you find anything out.

yes the duratec headers have precat elimaters. u must use pins to bypass the check engine light. slight part of the reason i never picked up a set.

as for this sticky post. nice post. makes it easier to show the gowing aftermarket support for our vehicles

Turbo for the Mazda6 4 cyl

Just to let you know that we are working hard to get the turbo kit for the 4 cyl Mazda6 by Dec. 2003

The cast turbo manifold is in the works as well as all the intercooler piping and engine management.

Any plans for the 6 cyl? Or is it not going to be possible due to the lack of room?

There should be plans for it. There can be a lot of room in the engine bay once you remove the stock airbox and relocate the battery.

AFAIK, the Injen CAI is to start shipping October 20th.

Is that your car in your sig?
A non Sport edition V6? Anyhow did your car not come with
door guard trim or did you take it off? Eather way Looks good!

As for the duratec headers, they provide you with a mil eliminator
(o2 sensor cheater) which fools the car into thinking the cats are
doing their job. I had a focus before my 6 and i had on a race header
which removed the cat and i had NO problems with the Mil eliminator.
