Blarg, where do I find out legal neon colors?

I wanna find out what colors are legal in my state.. um.. where do I do that? >_<

And Street Glow or whatever has a yellow kit.. I was thinking, since I'm probably just gonna keep the yellow turn signals and side markers, why not a whole blue/yellow theme..? My CAI is red, but.. it matches the strut bar things under the car. So why not yellow hoses and yellow neon.. hmmmmmm..

I am doing red. I don't care about the law. I want my car to look good and red would do it. I am going to do red. If you are looking for a place to buy them, check the flea market. They have good deals. REALLY GOOD DEALS. I think you could get a whole set up for under 150 but you will have to look.
