So I just had some paint protection film put on the front end of my 2016 CX-5. When I went in to make the appointment the guy showed me the pattern and it was still the pattern for the 2015 front grill even though we put in 2016 on the xpel website. That pattern has a piece that covers the black "bar" that was at the top of the grill. Since mine is a '16 and I have i-activsense my large front emblem is covered by a price of clear plastic. It covers one of the sensors, adaptive cruise control I think. I realized that the shop didn't cover that with film. Would film hinder the sensors at all? And should I ask to get that piece covered as well or is that getting nit picky with it?
