how to.....with pictures for tranny drain and refill?

I searched but could not find anything. Anyone knows if there is a drain and refill transmission fluid? Pics for the drain and refill plugs? type of fluid? or should i just go to the dealer and pay the 169$ for a flush?

I am not sure if the DIY is posted here. It is simple, 10 mm Allen wrench for the plug and a new crush washer. Could get the fluid from Mazda ($$) or use ATF IV from your friendly Toyota dealer for half the price (mine has 15% off coupons online too). Drain 3qt ~ 8 OZ and refill. At that mileage I would repeat X 3. My crush washer (2010) is the same as my 2005 4 cylinder Camry, and the washer is also cheaper at Toyota. The Mazda dealer had to order one for me-I passed.
