2009 Mazdaspeed 3 GT, 43K miles, 100k bumper-to-bumper warranty

I'm moving and have decided to sell my speed3 to help finance my trip. It has been maintained regularly at Mazda of Germantown (I have all service documents) and has a 100k bumper-to-bumper warranty. I am the second owner of this car, having driven it approx 23k miles. It has new tires (less than 5k on them), Mazdaspeed cold air intake (bought it that way) and is in excellent condition aside from a few scratches here and there. Im located in Bartlett, TN 38134.

Price is $18,500 obo

carmax gave me an offer of $17k good for the next 7 days, anyone that can do better can have it. must pickup in next 5 days else selling to carmax.
 
17k.... that's a great offer. I wouldn't have left carmax with the car if they offered that to me and I needed to sell the car! Glad to see they are somewhat holding value.
 
they actually hold their value extremely well, i think the 2011 model was voted highest resale value in its class. the offer is good for 7 days as long as i dont wreck it or mess it up in any way, and thats nice cause im going to try to do without a car for a bit so it gives me some time to plan on how im going to get around. i wish i knew it was going to go to someone who will appreciate it, like the fine members of this forum!
