Any who has installed headers to there mazda...did you use the stock gasket to the block?

you can use the factory gasket, i have installed a few on 2.3 engines

yea i was trying to understand wtf that meant till i read your spam bot comment. I used the stock gasket though.

when installing a header you have to eliminate a cat?

yeah pretty much... it removes the primary cat though there are some headers out there that have a built in hi flow to replace it to cel's from occuring
