I just got done installing my Polk MM650's in the front doors. Not a tough deal, more of a PITA. The stock speaks are 5x7, so I had to make baffles out of some ABS plastic I had laying around, push the 6.5's all the way to the front of the hole, and use the plastic to cover the rest of the hole. Slapped in some caulk for sealing, put the panels back on, and it sounds good(up front anyway). My next project is to custom build some enclosures for the top of the dash by the little corner windows for my 5.25's and get one of my amps wired in. Prolly next weekend I'll start. prolly take me a couple weekends to finish the enclosures(I dont do stuff during the week except work
