Agh! You guys won't believe this: the keyless entry does not work if the car is running! So, take my hard earned advice: DO NOT LOCK THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION AND TRY TO UNLOCK IT WITH THE KEYLESS ENTRY!!!
On the good side, the Mazda roadside assitance program is very friendly and speedy as well. They promised a 30 minute arrival time and no charge break in.
