My exhaust has the white smoke. Dealer says I need a vent kit and it's $705. I just dropped over 6k on an engine rebuild I don't want to give them any more money. Where can I get a vent kit? I can't find anything online.
White smoke is typically (but not always) caused by burning coolant, I wonder if what the dealership was trying to tell you you need is a head gasket seal, which can sometimes fail allowing coolant to leak into the combustion chamber
