What’s wrong with my Mazda5? Blown radiator

Radiator blown put k-seal in and then this happened, what could it be?

Don't put chemicals in your car. That never fixes the problem, all it does is generally make it worse.

Actually fix the glitch.
 
I'd suspect it's either a chemical reaction(I don't know what Kseal is) or head gasket.

I used K-seal and experienced similar bubbles. Since I had air in the system affecting my heat, I burp it, which also cleared the foam. I wonder if their chemical profile reacts with FL-22.

K-seal is a FANTASTIC short term, hold you over, solution. Car is old, if you plan to keep it longer you'll want to replace the radiator.
