Turbo Civic SI vs. Lexus GS400

I'm just wondering my bro(as in friend not brother) has a 2000 Civic SI and he bought a Revhard Turbo and you can actually hear the Turbo Spool. Anyways they all went racing out on ave.200 out in the country past Tulare. My bro in the SpecV raced the GS400 V-8 first and he lost by like 3-4 car lenghs. Then my other bro in the Revhard Turbo Si raced the GS400 and he barely beat the Lexus by half-car lengh. But he is not used to the Turbo yet he still is kind of lagging. Anyways my Q....is can the Si with turbo beat the lexus easy if the Si is properly driven right.

Sidenote: if the GS430 driver swapped in the Aristo engine (the Aristo is the GS in Japan which shares the engine with the Supra TT), the GS owner will whoop his ass

I wouldn't know about the stock GS430 though, not interesting at all until the person makes it JDM spec!
