Well I bought the MSP with the check engine light on thinking it was just the cat and I could use the spark plug defouler to have it fixed. Not the case.
I got P0421 and P0171 codes when I had it checked.
Put on the spark plug defouler on post cat o2 sensor and check engine light came on again!
So I took it to have autozone read it and they said they could not read anything. :\
Anyways I started to look around tonight. When I look at the wastegate I could suck air in but I could not blow air through it. Does it matter that air can be sucked through it.
Also there is a bad exhaust smell when the car idles....
And it is not ultra rough idle but it is not smooth either. I am getting a boost gauge in the next week because it does not feel like it is boosting right. Like surges but this is my first turbo car so not sure....
