First post! I haven't done much of anything to my '2 yet because I haven't had the money, but here is the noticeably different thing I've done so far:

New tail lights

...and more to come, hopefully. When I get some scratch to throw at it

Thanks! I'm planning to get new wheels (and possibly tires) in the near future, so that'll be my next set of pics. I got the lights off another member for a pretty good deal, and I'm happy with them.

Another small upgrade...the A/C knobs we always should have gotten! Now I don't have to look at the crappy stock ones.

One mod I hope to do some day is to change the accent lighting LED's. I would go from red to blue, with some white. I think it would look especially good with those knobs.

I definitely think it would, but I'm actually happy with red. I'm going with green, red and black for the color scheme of my car. I've considered plasti-dipping the badges and painting the silver interior panels (like those on the doors and the plastic ring around the shifter boot...I think I'd do black for the badges and green for the interior.

I haven't posted to my build thread in awhile, so I thought I'd post an update with the few more mods I've done.

After I put the car on some new all-seasons (Kumho Ecstas), I decided to go a bit further by upgrading the suspension (KSport Kontrol Pro coilovers):

The car sits about an inch lower than stock now, which is enough for me:

After the suspension came the brakes (PowerStop cross-drilled and slotted rotors with Hawk HPS brake pads; rear brakes are still stock):

As a somewhat cheaper upgrade, I also got the CorkSport rear torsion bar:

I don't have a picture of the install, but I also got a CS short shift plate. And I think that's all for now.

Next on the upgrade list is going to be new exhaust and whatever else catches my fancy.

Not at the moment, no. I need to have the ECU reflashed before it will.
