Suspension Question about Car Bracing & Lowering of a car

:
Mazda 3 2009
Greetings,

This question is more for a homie than me..Just Curious what others say.

Got a homie that is at Stock Height as in Stock Springs & Struts/Shocks.

He installed a CorkSport RSB and CorkSport lower Front Tie Bar.

And he is complaining about how the car handles in turns like too much Understeer etc.

I told him its becuz the car has now got the stiffness but you are at stock height.
And the car is not is not benefiting as it could since you are at stock height etc...

Am I sorta right?.....or what?

Im assuming this is for a mazda 3. Our cars will always have understeer. Thats just how FWD works. The stock spring rate isn't stiff so him upgrading those springs to a stiffer spring rate will help with body roll (he shouldnt have alot with the RSB)
