I have the prototype steedspeed manifold here, Ceramic coated, use with a 38mm Tial Wastegate. You will need to supply your own hardware/gaskets.

Please be aware that there have been revisions to this manifold since this was made.

I also have pieces for a big maf. 3.25" ID aluminum tube, MAF adapter, and reducer with Tbolt (that reduces to 3").
