Hi, does anyone knows how to program doorlocks? What I mean is that other vehicles lock doors when D is applied and open when P is applied, does a program protocol exists or CX9 does not comes with this issue?

Thanks.

No.
However, on eBay, one seller is selling a kit for Mazda to achieve that.
Try it at your own risk.

2010 Mazda Door Lock Programming

Just in case that link goes away, here're the steps.

1: Stop the vehicle and close all the doors
2: Switch the ignition to ON
3: Press and hold the lock side of the driver's side door-lock switch within 10 seconds of switching the ignition ON, a "beep" will be heard about 8 seconds afterwards.
4: Referring to the table, determine the function number for the desired setting and press the unlock side of the door-lock switch in the amount of the selected function number.

Function 1: The auto door-lock is disabled
Function 2: All doors and the liftgate lock automatically when the vehicle speed reaches about 12mph or more
Function 3: All doors and liftgate lock automatically when the vehicle speed reaches about 12mph or more. All the doors and the liftgate will unlock when the ignition is switched from ON to ACC or OFF
Function4: (A/T) only: When the ignition is switched ON and the shift lever is shifted from PARK to any other gear position, all doors and the liftgate lock automatically
Function 5: (A/T) only: When the ignition is switched ON and the shift lever is shifted from PARK to any other gear position, all doors and the liftgate lock automatically. When the shift lever is shifted to PARK while the ignition is ON all doors and the liftgate unlock automatically.

Just one more thing....wait till you get the beep conformation after you hit the unlock button to the selected function number before moving the key from the ON position.

How long does it take to get the confirmation beep? Can't get this to work on my 2010GT

Be patient grasshopper. It took me several trys over several days before I waited long enough for it to beep. In answer to your question, I think it took at leasr 20-30 seconds.

I read the brochure at dealership today (waiting to service to be completed).
For 2011, the auto door lock is standard on all CX9s. No need to program it unless you want a different function as listed above.

Thank you for this! I definitely love this feature! I always hit the lock button when driving my MS6, but now that I'm driving the CX-9...gonna have a real adjustment issue when driving the MS6 =S!

Just tried this on my brand new 2011. Worked perfectly setting it to option 5. Was looking up something else in the manual and saw that this information is actually in the book now.
