Looks like on top of paying $30-35 for what amounts to roughly 6 minutes of racing. You have to now be a member to race. $15 for a temp or 80 for full year.

You should have to be a member, you're covered as a competitor by the SCCA's insurance, so why shouldn't you pay?

It's not just Oregon, it was a National level decision that will effect all regions.
