I didn't......had it in my truck (probably should have mentioned that). It should fit in any 90's, early 00's x-cab truck.

For the fog lights is the lens just cracked or is it broken broken, mine are broken and water went inside.

Not sure how to answer your question........the glass (lens) is cracked, but the bracket and bulb are in perfect condition.
I removed it from the car once it cracked, so no water has gotten inside the glass - however, no guarantees that it won't if used on the car.
