OEM fit aftermarket radiator recommendation needed....

:
Mazda, Protege5 2002
does anyone know a good aftermarket radiator that will fix our car? any particular brand? i see many brands ranging from $50 to $150. anyone use a particular one?
i dont want the expensive aluminum upgrade, just something that will be trouble free during the install and for next 5-8 years of life that the car will have.

I have 220k and there is now a leak on the radiator. I have an automatic one.

thanks.

Honestly - I bought a cheap eBay aluminum one and haven't looked back. It was like 100 bucks a couple years ago, 2 row, and brand new.

I know others have had great luck with the Mishimoto aluminum cores too.

I just ordered a Mishimoto yesterday. Can't confirm fitment yet, but I haven't ever heard of any issues. The main point for me was retaining my stock fans.

I bought a CSF radiator, from autopartswarehouse, for $84 two years ago. It's an OEM replacement, not race-use. It fit fine.

If you go for a plastic end tank unit, get the nicest one you can. I've had plastic ones that lasted less than a year before seeping again.
