OBX without non-fouler

What will happen if I run the car with O2's on an OBX header, no cats (NA) without a non-fouler, besides getting a CEL?

nothing. the only reason the cel comes on is because it doesn't detect the catalytic converter anymore because it isn't there

it just makes it so that if something else went wrong you wouldnt know cause the light would already be on

had one on, changed to AWR pan an there's no clearance for sensor with the nonfouler, just wanted to start the car up before I install a Microtech to make sure everything's running fine and wondered what might happen if I ran it. Put on this O2 elbow mount that the dude on here told me about from ebay and it made it so everything fits great, ran it that way.

br289--If you have to pass a "sniffer" emissions test in MI, it won't. Not without a cat.

I just re-read this, sorry mate. I thought you said WITH a non-fouler. I have a header and now catless and no CEL, but I have the non-fouler installed.

They got rid of that test about 15 years ago.
