Newbie needing Window Tint help in CA

i live in san diego, CA and i was wondering wut the law was on car window tints? how much does it usually cost? and dont they eventually peel off and make the window look nasty? whats the best one????? i own a mazda 3 hatchback. thanks for ur time

most tint places have lifetime warrenty. I live in NJ aand paid 130.00 for the rear window and 2 rear doors. Llumar is a good brand. It takes years for tint to fall apart, and any theres a lifetime warenty on the stuff so keep your recept and bring the car back.

edit: I'm thinking Tint Devil but I know nothing about the different films and such. That Llumar does look cool.
