New Brake Pads

Hello All,
I think it's time for me to change my brake pads in the front. I am starting to hear squeaking when i brake. I have about 19500 miles on my 07 MZ3 hatchback. What are some good recomendations for brake pads that won't leave a lot of brake dust. Do i need to change out all 4 brake pads or just the 2 in the front? I'm new to this stuff. Any advice will be helpful.

the front would actually contain four (4) brake pads. if you buy the front set from anywhere, they'll sell you 4 pads whether it be front or rear. for some reason, my rear pads went out @ 40k. my fronts have more thank 50% left? (boom02)(beer)
